Brown and cloudy but Florida surfers could care less as their coast lites up with Hurricane Surf. For once they can enjoy a hurricane swell without having to worry if their home is going to get tossed.

The first images of this years US East Coast Hurricane Season have hit the airways on Surfline. Wave wise we would call this storm a warm up for bigger things, weather wise Florida would call it the real thing. Got a few shots in here myself after some wave chasing this past weekend. After a long lull it was good to see some lines roll in but I do feel for my brothers down in Florida. They got drenched. Evidence inside.
